Shipping

• Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days, however, some larger orders may take longer.
• We offer free shipping to orders over $99 to shipping addresses located within the Contiguous US.

Returns

• Returns are accepted. We must be notified of any claims or problems within 30 days of purchase.
• We do not accept returns of merchandise that have been used, altered, or blemished.
• If we sent the wrong stuff, we'll pay the return shipping.
• You may be subject to a restocking fee up to 20%

Pool Cloth

• We examine every piece of cloth we sell very carefully before it is packaged.
• Please check your cloth carefully before altering it in any way. We do not accept returns of pool cloth that has been glued, stapled, or altered in any way.
